Why it matters.

Most teams have an inherent amount of dysfunction and discomfort. It’s not because anyone is doing anything wrong or because you have the wrong team. Whenever you have a team, you have multiple people coming together who have a different set of beliefs, attitudes, mindsets, expectations and norms about how they show up at work and how their peers should show up at work. If you have differences that you aren’t explicitly able to surface, work through and come to a shared understanding – you’re going to have conflict.

How it works.

Alexandra works with you to build awareness around what everyone brings into work each day. Creating some shared norms that can all be agreed upon. To get from dysfunction, or – ‘we’re functional but it’s not super comfortable, enjoyable or as high performing as it could be’ – to – ‘we are moving fast and we enjoy working together’. Healthy relationships enable us to move with speed and agility. Because there is trust, we can go off and do our own thing. And because there are norms about conflict and how do we address it quickly, it doesn’t slow us down. As a team you can develop the ability to have those courageous conversations.

One Day
Accelerator.

Get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and the journey you’ll take to get there. Strengthen team relationships, so you enjoy the journey. 

This stand-alone day is for teams who want to support to explore getting to the next level of performance. Those who are functioning well can continue to do the work together after the retreat without continued external support.

What you can expect:
A one-day immersive experience.
Virtually, in person in Portland or to your location (with travel expenses).

Includes a one-hour tune up call one month later to check on your progress.

02.
Six Month
Team Transformation.

Following your accelerator, continue the team journey with Alexandra as your Growth Guide. Ensure you achieve your team vision with confidence, ease, and joy!

For the six months following the one-day explorative retreat. For when we want someone to walk alongside us for support around how we do this work so we don’t simply fall back into old ways of working.

We are on the journey together. Setting aside time every two weeks to do the work. You have somebody that is an outside thought partner, coach, and objective facilitator to help you create a safe place. To develop the ability to have those courageous conversations.

What you can expect:
Meeting twice a week.
Virtually or in person in the Portland district.

The engagement kicks off with the one-day explorative retreat.

Six Month
Metamorphosis.
